1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1pk365 website or platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 1pk365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 1pk365 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1pk365. They apply to all services provided through the Platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slot games, Keno, fishing games, and all cashier functions.

2.Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 1pk365 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 1pk365. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate or organisation for the purpose of professional or commercial wagering without express written consent from 1pk365.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 1pk365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gaming platform of this nature is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have verified, to the best of your knowledge, that online betting and casino gaming is lawfully permitted in your specific jurisdiction. The availability of the 1pk365 Platform in a given location does not constitute a warranty or representation that such use is legally permissible there.

1pk365 reserves the right to require identity and age verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Documents requested may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.

3.Account Registration

To access betting, casino and cashier functions on 1pk365, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) account on 1pk365. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 1pk365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must not allow any other person, including minors, to access or use your 1pk365 account. Account sharing is prohibited.
• 1pk365 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on the 1pk365 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, Easypaisa
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah

Deposits are credited to your 1pk365 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 1pk365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks, bank processing times or mobile wallet service interruptions.

Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 1pk365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including CNIC copy) before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted to 1pk365 will be processed within the timeframes indicated in the cashier section, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

Funds deposited to 1pk365 may only be withdrawn to a payment method belonging to the same account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change — please refer to the current cashier section of your 1pk365 account for up-to-date limits.

1pk365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or suspend processing where fraud, money laundering or other suspicious activity is suspected.

5.Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1pk365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type. General betting conditions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 1pk365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets that have been submitted and accepted by the system, except where provided for under specific sport or market rules (e.g., event abandonment or postponement).
• 1pk365 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, odds error, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per market, per event and per account. These limits may be varied by 1pk365 at any time at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance delays. 1pk365 does not guarantee acceptance of in-play bets and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during an event without prior notice.
• Where an event is subject to dispute, 1pk365's decision on the settlement of all related betting markets shall be final and binding.
• PSL and other cricket markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the 1pk365 sportsbook. Match result, innings totals, player performance and other markets each carry distinct settlement rules.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

1pk365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 1pk365 and may be modified, withdrawn or discontinued at any time.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• 1pk365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited. It is the account holder's responsibility to check bonus expiry dates within their 1pk365 account.

7.Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 1pk365 Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other unlawful financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets
• Colluding with other players at casino tables or in any promotional scheme to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of 1pk365
• Selling, transferring or otherwise dealing in your 1pk365 account or its contents
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or suspension measures

1pk365 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits such disclosure.

8.Intellectual Property

All content published on the 1pk365 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content and data feeds — is the proprietary property of 1pk365 or its licensed content providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1pk365 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or otherwise exploited without the express prior written permission of 1pk365.

9.Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of personal data by 1pk365 is governed by the 1pk365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on 1pk365 you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

1pk365 collects personal data including your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment information and betting activity records for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and responsible gaming enforcement.

10.Responsible Gaming

• Any third-party payment processing failures, delays or errors involving JazzCash, Easypaisa or any banking partner

1pk365 provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12.Amendments to These Terms

1pk365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 1pk365 will endeavour to notify registered account holders via the contact details on file.

Your continued use of the 1pk365 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 1pk365 operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 1pk365's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant governing jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws applicable to online betting and gaming in their own jurisdiction, including Pakistani law. 1pk365 makes no representations that the Platform or its services are lawful, appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
